Hunter Tzovarras is a good attorney. He represented me in a drunk driving prosecution. The prosecutor for Penobscott County, Maine has run on a zero tolerance for DUI campaign platform and will not settle these prosecutions. I took a blood test that allegedly showed I had a BAC level significantly below the legal limit of 0.08%. The state then destroyed the blood sample without giving me a chance to test it and after misplacing it and creating other chain of custody issues.
