Horrible lawyer, hugo was an attorney for my mother, he did not allow my mother to explain context or to due more research into her case, made a simple case become more complex due to lack of research on the lawyers part. This caused complications and needed to be fixed with a new lawyer. Deserves a zero

I called in one day in desperation to get help since I had a dead line to meet. Narcisa had me keep calling back every day to see if they're able to help or not. Repeatedly asked me to call back at 2:30 . Most of the the time I wouldn't be able to call at the exact time since I would be at work where I am not just able to step away, but I would call when I could. This went on for about a week.
