Complete lack of communication. Complete lack of customer service. Harvey is more than happy to accept your money but, after that is done, he really drops the proverbial ball. States, after the fact, that he had an emergency that prevented him from any action or assistance for 12 days, yet never informed me of this until after the fact. Then states he was in the hospital after my repeated attempts to reach he and Gary for 12 days with no response. Again, he was only too happy to accept my $$$$$$. Gary and Harvey did an amazing job, and fast! Needed a Living Trust and Pourover Will drawn up and I have ZERO experience with any of it. They had all of the documents ready quickly, and all of the info was perfect the first time, no edits! They scheduled a sit-down and went over every page, what I needed to do with certain items, and how to move forward with it. Wonderful group to do business with, especially during the weird stress of drawing this all up for the first time. Highly recommend 10/10!!
Mr.Cox just; very considerately,made an (almost last-minute) appointment for me that is preceding an important event in the next few days.He even kindly changed the date when I called back one hour later.I was very pleased with his patience and thoughtful consideration for my rushed circumstances. .
I’m posting this review on my mother’s behalf. We had some very basic questions and just needed a few minutes for help and Harvey Cox was the only attorney who called her back. Not only that, he answered some of the questions and gave us the referrals we needed without charging us. This was so helpful and refreshing during a very difficult time. We will absolutely be coming to him with any and all our future estate and elder law needs. Thank you!
I was referred to this firm by my colleagues to handle my 87 yo mother's will, POA, etc. Harvey and his staff were very kind, thorough, efficient, and caring. Never at any time did I feel that anyone had "talked me into" any services I didn't need. I purchased a very reasonable package, and Mom was extremely happy with it. I was too! I will definitely be using Harvey's firm to get my own affairs in order in the next few years. I highly recommend this firm!
