SHUT THEM DOWN! THEY ARE ILLEGALLY TAKING OUR MONEY! I DID NOT GIVE ANY TYPE OF PERMISSION TO MY ACCOUNTS OR ANYTHING
This company should be shut down. I been paying my debit for 2 years straight and never missed a payment. Today when I went to make my final payment they applied an extra $94.83 and told me it accumulates interest monthly which is a lie because my balance stayed the same for the last two years since I been paying it. I call and leave several messages with no return call back.
These folks are taking money out of my account after taking money out of my check every week they say I have a garnishment which I shouldn't and they have no right to take my money out of my account after taking money out of my check.. they are crooks and something needs too be done about them illegally taking folks money . I have never been too court for this garnishment and yet they have taken all of my money illegally
This place should be shut down. They are rude and do not return phone calls. I have been hung up on cut off and just randomly transferred and lied to. Peter the case worker is a jerk and should be fired immediately. They stole my money for a debt I did not owe and he simply hung up because he said we had nothing to talk about.
