Gil represented me in two real estate transactions this past year to sell my home and a vacant parcel of land that was in my family for 45 years. Both emotional sales and to top it off I was out of state during most of the process. Gil's professionalism and calm demeanor made the transfers so smooth for me for both transactions. ***BEWARE*** I am a business owner and like to consider myself a good human being. I have NEVER in my life dealt with someone so disrespectful. Mr. Schumm was while working on a settlement; and when things did not go as planned he NEVER answered one email or call for a period of 3 weeks. In fact he has yet to get back to me. I got sick of hearing his secretary saying "leave a voice mail he is great at returning calls" If I treated people this way I would not have a business. Trust me, look for another attorney!
