Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend George W. Waggoner III as a public defender. I found him to be disrespectful and unprofessional in the way he communicated with me and the client's family. In my experience, he had a harsh attitude, became easily frustrated, and used inappropriate language. Communication was one of the biggest problems. I do not recommend the Law Office of George W. Waggoner III based on my personal experience. In my opinion, there was a serious lack of communication throughout the case. Phone calls were not returned, and it was very difficult to get updates or have questions answered. During a court appearance, I asked a question regarding the client, and Mr. Waggoner was very hostile with me and my mother-in-law.
