Called for an initial appt. Spoke to a Susan who promised an attorney would de calling during the coarse of the day. Never heard from them. Called back two days later and spoke to a Bryan who said Mr, Giddens would no later than the next morning call me. One week later nothing. Really don't need a law firm that cares so little they won't even call back. Definitely a zero star.
