George Cretella is the absolute best real estate attorney. I am a Real Estate Broker who has been working with George for the past 23 years. George answers every call, knows each file well at the first hello, is at the office every day, and is very easy to work with. Highly recommend.
I did not enjoy working with George. We ended up closing on a property but I felt like it was me against both his attorney as well as mine. He didn’t give me the full perspective on things and he was very brief in dialogue. He doesn’t fight for you unless it’s something that blocks the closing, even if it’s something legally binding.
