Genevieve is a compassionate and understanding lawyer. In my case, she went above and beyond taking calls past business hours on her cellphone. She provided constructive advice as to avoid any adverse effects on reconciliation efforts while making sure that her client is protected regardless of the results of the reconciliation attempt. She is a great lawyer and great and caring person.
DO NOT RETAIN THEM. SCAMMERS. Unless you’d like to spend over $4K for no work done, do not retain Genevieve Suzuki. They will never answer your calls or texts or file paperwork in your case but will surely tell your credit card company they did nothing wrong so they can keep the money for no work done. I smell a class action lawsuit coming. There used to be about 20 bad reviews, saying the exact same thing of Genevieve and the law firm removed them so that way future clients could not see them.
