This was an absolute waist of money, I was charged for Gary answering the phone! This man charges you for the air he breaths and makes you do ALL the leg work. I paid him $2500.00 retainer, and he literally sent me one form for custody arrangement modification, I filled it out and sent it back, I was charged $1400.00 for this! This man literally charged me $150.00 to mail me my refund check! Absolute worst attorney I have ever worked with. DO NOT HIRE.
I brought Mr Stapp in at the last minute and he came through. He prepared and did his homework prior and never stooped to below-the-belt tactics. If you want a tried and tested lawyer, pick him...calm, confident and respectable!
He helped me out after the uafpd misunderstood the situation and over reacted.
