**EDIT TO ADD: Gary did eventually refund me approximately $1500 of the $4000 paid. That doesn't fix any of the problems created by his actions or even lessen the additional costs of having to hire a different firm to fix everything and keep my son and his daughter safe and together. But I am a fair person and feel that I should be transparent about the gesture he actually did fulfill by refunding that smaller portion of my money.
Hired Gary in early Aug 2023 (I can prove it) at the price of 2 retainers ($4k) - simple cases. 1) Defend my son from a false PFA allegation by his toddler daughter's biological, drug addicted, abusive mother - witnesses included in events wherein SHE abused him last fall, he did not abuse her or fight back - so that was open and shut especially when she admitted to the JUDGE that she lied about it all. 2) Establish my son's primary or full custody rights to ensure the safety of my granddaughter from the well-documented, rep... read more
