We were in a really stressful situation after a customer decided to sue us, despite our genuine efforts to make things right. The customer had even hired a lawyer to send us a threatening letter in an attempt to pressure us before officially filing the lawsuit. I’m leaving this on behalf on my mom: Absolutely abhorrent and unethical behavior all around from everyone that was involved in the case in the Albuquerque location. Neglectful. Wouldn’t return calls for months. No transparency. I would leave negative stars if I could. Do not trust these people and this firm. I will be filing a complaint with the Disciplinary Board of the New Mexico Supreme Court.
