So grateful for Mr.Copeland during my mother's estate planning. He was very attentive, knowledgeable, understanding, and kind. My mother is physically disabled and he was accommodating to her during this process, made her feel comfortable and heard. He went above and beyond to make sure my mother's needs were met.
