Worst Attorney ever just sat there and didn't do anything. Don't use him!
Mr Jones was kind, respectful, and attentive from the first time I spoke with him! I shopped around before getting to him and a few other lawyers in Halifax County were quick to try and persuade me to take a plea & it was nothing else they could do. Mr Jones gave me a few options, gave me a list of things to do that he thought might help me, but he was also honest with me about my possible outcome. I tried getting in touch with Mr. Jones about a civil matter to no avail in over a week now. I've contacted his office 3 times since last week, spoke with his assistant 3 times, and a left a voice message. His assistant told me, "Oh, he hasn't checked his phone log yet. Let me text him personally." I was told this twice in over a week. I know lawyers can get really busy but a phone call only takes a minute.
