I went yesterday to make an appointment for a consultation and to my surprise I was greeted by Mr. Bruno himself and before I knew it I was sitting down in his office. He was professional and genuinely interested and gave me some useful advice. I will definitely recommend to friends and family. I scheduled a consultation based on a recommendation, but I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism. I received an unexpected call from the law office at 11 p.m. on a Sunday night, waking my entire family, including my sick toddler. There was no urgent reason for a call at such an hour—an email or text would have been more appropriate.
