I wanted to support a local Lowell business. I gave this business two phone calls and an e-mail before giving up and moving on. The person taking my phone call was very nice and confirmed my email was read by their attorney two weeks ago. I did ask if they were taking new clients, would rather have been told they were too busy. The lack of response is quite unprofessional.
