This man is dishonest. He and his client had my daughters incapacitated grandmother, who had already been diagnosed with Alzeihmers and dementia AND in a nursing facility, sign a POA. They took it upon themselves to take my POA and put it in the hands of his client..This client had zero business being my daughters grandmother's POA. She knew my daughters grandma for only 3 years and now has taken so much from this elderly lady, Her grandmother had no idea what she was signing. Look elsewhere for an honest attorney!

Fintan Dooley helped me when I needed an advocate most. I was oppressed by a well heeled real estate developer who drilled a well and began to set up a pumping station on my front yard. The City purposefully misconstrued an easement to avoid ordering the developer to plug the well. I plugged the well myself and faced the wrath of the Association of Well Drillers who, with the acquiescence of the Water Commission, attempted to fine me for plugging a well without a permit.
