Erin seemed very knowledgeable and willing to defend me in the beginning. However, there is no excuse for the lack of communication from Erin. I paid her entire fee upfront and from then on, it was impossible to get a response from her. Waiting weeks to return an email or anything. Not to mention the lack of telling client when their next court date is, which is very important. She doesn't seem very motivated to find out the truth of what happened in your case. My fiancé was facing 70 months on a technical vop, Erin was able to get the prosecutor who did not to want to see this man walk free for some reason a month less than his guidelines which were 42 months, she got 41 with 38 time served !!! Such a lengthy process but I’m so glad we chose Erin speyer !

I hired Mrs. Erin Speyer on January 31, 2022, in the hopes that she would help defend me. When I hired Mrs. Erin Speyer, I paid her a $2000 retainer fee. I asked her then what her rate was and she told me that it would vary depending on the task at hand. I assumed she would send me a billing statement outlining the billable hours and rates.
