I was very badly disappointed by Mr Mouganis in our custody case. He emphatically stated before being retained that I could not be forced to pay for college (my child already had a large 529 in place). He also stated that supreme Court would be better than family court, and that there was a 95% chance we would not be questioned on the first appearance.
