Terrible. I have brittle type one diabetes with proof of my condition and I had to keep calling multiple times to make sure someone was doing something. They weren’t communicating with me, they weren’t communicating with my doctors, they weren’t communicating with social security. All they did was send in my application which I had sent in myself already. My case worker never reached out to anyone and was on vacation a lot of the time.
