Mr. Kownackl represented the buyers of our home. We got more attention from him than we did from our own attorney who we never saw. He was there to make sure the deal went through and worked on everyone's behalf. He even came out in the pouring rain himself to our car, bringing us papers to sign. If ever I needed an attorney, he's the one I would call. He's a one man one office guy that doesn't send a "do boy" to do his job. Great job. Personal attention.
