Very helpful staff on phone. I had requested some assistance as a professional courtesy in regard to dealing with the Plymouth County Probate Court and filing my mother's estate and they were very kind in pointing out that the Court was horrible and inaccessible to everyone. No other local office even tried to be helpful.
