The firm provided great advice to a fellow attorney regarding affirmative defenses to a CA wage claim. A very knowledgeable and helpful firm.
Very disappointed in their customer service. I called to see about getting a question answered. Literally one question. Long story short they gave me the run around and they wanted me to pay in the neighborhood of $300-600 bucks for a hour call just to have 1 quick simple question answered. Was a bad and misleading experience. I called another attorney after them and a nice gentleman answered the phone. He gave me 10 minutes of his time and was more than helpful!
