I am VERY disappointed in the inadequate services when I refinanced my condo in 2016. My original mortgage was through Mass Housing, and included 2 loans as part of a first-time homebuyers program. They neglected to discharge BOTH mortgages that I had, which I was made aware of now that we are selling the condo and buying our dream house.
