Douglas Anderson is anything but professional, do not have him represent you. Zero communication, very little effort, and took all my retainer. He said he would take care of a ticket associated with my initial charge. Found out after it went to collections and basically told me tough luck. The worst decision I've ever made was to hire Mr. Anderson. Please do yourself a favor and use someone more professional.
