It is not my nature to ever give a bad review especially when it comes to someone’s business and reputation, however, in this case I feel I have a duty to folks that experience traumatic vehicle injury to please do your research before moving forward with this firm. Doug Goyen, does not communicate effectively with his clients after he receives their information. I have left over 60 messages via answering service, several emails, and text messages over the last 4 months and have not received 1 reply. I stopped in the office here in Addison and of course he wasn’t there either. I was told this is not just something they have seen with me but with several other people as well. Doug Goyen, is an excellent personal injury attorney. I have used him several times over the years. He is very upfront and will be honest enough to let you know if you really need an attorney or if you can handle it own your own. With that being said, he has been great the times I have utilized his services. I would highly recommend him if you’re in need of a personal injury attorney and I have referred him to several friends that were just as highly satisfied as I was.
We had a leak in one of our pipes leading from our house to the main street pipe. It was flooding our floor. The insurance company was putting a limit on what they would pay toward fixing it. Mr. Goyen sent them a letter after reading our insurance policy and the problem was solved. I would recommend him for legal advice and especially advice concerning personal injury due to a car accident or otherwise.
Mr Goyen was fantastic during my case, he kept me up to date and answered all my questions promptly. I would definitely recommend Doug Goyen to family and friends that find themselves in need of legal advice and help to get their vehicle repaired or replaced and get medical treatment for injuries.
