Mr. Gould was the attorney for the sellers in a home I was purchasing. He didn’t communicate for 10 full days after our request for improvements to the home, (electrical issues and appliances that didn’t work). On the 10th day I was told that an electrician was at the home fixing those issues and to be patient with the appliance issue. We were to close in four days.
