Richard Margarita is a very experienced and professional attorney. His experience both in the courtroom and outside the courtroom makes him a force for any opponent to be very concerned about. Mr. Margarita is aggressive, diligent and able to navigate any courtroom. I am a retired Law Enforcement Lt., and I have retained him for a family member.
