Diane Anderson and her entire staff at her Jackson location were wonderful. They were professional and knowledgeable. But most importantly, they were "human". They were very aware of how we were feeling about our situation and they made certain to keep us informed. They routinely checked us for our understanding of the process and they took all of my calls and questions with a smile and patience. Diane and Patty and Lexie held my hand through the entire process, never once making me feel like I was a pest. Thank you!

I called her office twice and left messages. Diane never called back. I did call another office and he called me back within an hour. This attorney has been in practice for over 20 years. When people don’t call back you think maybe your case isn’t big enough and they won’t make enough money or they just don’t care. I just received a call from Diane and evidently she was on vacation.
