Buying a home in Iowa for the first time, from out of state, I had some concerns about the process. Dell answered all of my questions thoroughly. I couldn’t have been happier with the polite and candid advice I received. Would definitely recommend!!!
I contacted the office of Dell A. Richard through their websites Contact Us page. I received an email way quicker than I was expecting. Dell himself contacted me, not a secretary or an assistant. He was thorough and explained in detail the answers to my Real Estate and Property questions. We exchanged a few emails and each email Dell sent was easy for me to understand.
