I was able to attend a presentation on employment law by David Mikklas (8/2025) and found him to be very knowledgeable. In 90 mins he covered a wide variety of topics with timely examples and important context on where things were within the courts and how it could be considered to inform best HR practices. Based on this experience I would recommend him as a subject matter expert.
