What a horribly disappointing experience it was to hire this law office to represent us. Living in Florida, we found it practical to hire someone to represent and help us recover money we were owed by a company based near Charlotte. David Broome was recommended to us by someone who'd had trouble in the past with the company we wanted to sue. Great team.
Hiring David Broome is definitely a choice I completely regret. If you're looking for someone who will show initial interest in taking your case, take your money, make it look like he filed paperwork and then not return any correspondence after you've discovered he's done nothing to help you, then this is the law office for you! We're still waiting for the full refund of his do-nothing-to-help-a-small-business fee.
Took 2 cases of mine, one was never filed, and the other I lost as a default judgement because Mr. Broome did not show up for court and I was also not there because he told me not to come. It has been 2 weeks now that he won't return my calls or emails. He kept the fees I paid, of course. Seems like this a common thing with this law office.
