I am not sure I am able to express my gratitude for all that Mr. Kramer did for me. I had been struggling against a large retail car sales location that sold me a car that needed major repairs after selling it to me under the guise of it being safe & ready to drive. I can’t say enough. David Kramer settled a case on behalf of myself and 5 others who were scammed by very crafty crooks. He was thorough, resilient and smart, He persisted against strong odds and won each of us a substantial payback. Less than I lost, far more than I ever expected. The first thing I’d like to say is that the city of Albuquerque in 2023 did a fine job of acquiring supportive, helpful people in the office of Consumer Protection, Ms. Mari K. Passed my info along to Mr. David to possibly take up Pro bono, he did, found a case and was able to get myself and another resident awarded a sizable settlement. He is not greedy, he’s Honest, kind and will invest in you.
David and his team helped me navigate a dispute. It was extremely helpful to have direct communication and honest feedback. I would recommend!
