From the moment they took my case I was at ease. Amy Buckley assisted me with the steps for applying to Social Security, always answered my calls to answer any questions that I might of had and ultimately did all the legwork to make sure everything submitted was correct and accurate. On my first application I was approved and the process was seamless.
I hired this firm to handle my workplace injury. They told me they “won” my case and I have not heard back from them since TWO YEARS AGO! I haven’t received any documents from them either. I have been calling relentlessly and the attorney is always too busy. I don’t even know which attorney handled my case because they switched 3 times. I would never recommend this firm to anyone. They are the definition of unethical and unprofessional!
Mr sands has been a great attorney he is on point and hands down when it comes to his profession. Will often call and check in and he makes me comfortable because he doesn’t just treat you like just any customer he treats you like family, including the whole staff.
