I am posting this for my sister, Maureen Grimes. She was injured in September of 2024. I googled an attorney in New York and Morrin and Sands came up. I read the reviews and chose them to represent Maureen in her request for social security disability. Maureen was so very pleased with Aimee Buckley! Aimee communicated often with Maureen and was always available for her. Even after Maureen was awarded SSD and the case was closed, Aimee assured her that she could reach out in the future if she had any questions.
If I was ever in this predicament again I would not use Morris & Sands for my workers comp case. They were uncommunicative throughout the entire process & seemed inexperienced in workers comp law. To make matters worse they instructed me to get MRI’s done at one of Open MRI’s facilities of both knees , both sides of my hips , and spine. Workers comp insurance only covered my left hip and left knee & now Open MRI has filed a lawsuit against me for an unpaid bill of $2,988.65 plus lawyer fees !! Unprofessional and not a good law firm Sandra Sands was extremely rude and to make it worse this lady abandoned the case without notice.
