I wouldn't even give it one star. He was the assigned BIA in my custody case. The retainer was paid up front. He met with my children twice. He didn't pull records until it was made into an issue. He determined our almost 7year previous order was micromanage. He never said a positive thing about the situation other than my kids were well adjusted.
