I give Dale a thumbs down across the board. My brother Johnny had a 3 year sentence on a drug charge. Dale repeatedly said he would do a year at most. He not only couldn’t get him parole he couldn’t even get him out on his Mandatory Short Way. He’s now having to do almost the whole 3 year sentence. Dale is a waste of money and a waste of time. Do not throw good money after bad.
Only use him if you want to be yelled and have him be very rude to you. He took our money promised he would get my husband out of jail with a Writ. The writ was denied and so much for our money.
