My mother had a inter vivos revocable living trust made in 1999. My mother was financially abused by her daughters and they undo influenced her to cut me out! Which was kept a secrete from me being the beneficiary. My mother was taken to this office multiple times to make trust amendments sometimes days apart. My mother suffered from memory loss (Dementia). Nobody picked up on it!
Don't talk Politics with her. She will just nod and then "Get Even" at Billing time. For a simple modification to my Trust, she billed me for twice the amount that the original Trust had cost me. SENIORS BEWARE. On a positive note, her staff is great.
