I’ve sent close to 3 or 4 intake information requests. I even called to see if I can do it over the phone. I was told that they cannot talk to me due to conflict of interest concerns until the office calls me about my intake request. I’ve been trying for over 6 months at this point. The attorney who answered the phone said “be patient” with the staff.
