Incompetent, avoid them. I emailed them asking about setting up a Trust before I bought a house. They wanted $100 to even talk to me. I agreed since I understand wanting to get paid for your work. Well when I called during my appointment the person I talked to said they haven't heard of using a Trust when buying a house and had zero info. They sounded like some secretary, not an actual lawyer.
