Mr. Simpkins isn't great at communicating during the process, but that's because he's working. He listens and does what you ask, if you ask. He works on your behalf behind the scenes where most of the law and action happen. I don't know why he has less than 5 stars, he's a great attorney. I would highly recommend him. The guy knows his stuff!
Would not recommend at all, will be too busy with dental appointments to take care of anything. Tried contacting every day for a month and was able to get in contact twice. Stated he would handle the situation and reach back out but never received one call back. You are better off representing yourself
