I have known Chris Biely and his wife Noelle for quite some time. They are the most kind and honest people I know. We started with Noelle right before the holidays. She answered all of our questions and ensured we understood. She kept us updated through email, we are not on the computer everyday so we did not see right away that she was contacting us. We would of liked a phone call at certain times and not just all emails but we never relayed that to her so not any default on her part.
