Very difficult to communicate. No reply’s to my emails after I’ve paid them to file my trademarks. It seems like they lost all interest to answer any question or concerned after money was taken. Hope someone reaches back to me.
Very difficult to communicate. No reply’s to my emails after I’ve paid them to file my trademarks. It seems like they lost all interest to answer any question or concerned after money was taken. Hope someone reaches back to me.
The worst communication I hopefully ever experience - one email, that's it. Would not respond to any emails once I paid for my trademark service. Other lawyer offices that I use for patent etc have been wonderful.
Chris & the team at Day Law Firm have been great. I've filed a couple trademarks with them over the past year and each time the experience has been consistent, seamless, and quick. Definitely will continue using them for all trademark purposes!
