Christine was extremely helpful in closing a commercial property that was sold. She is competent and diligent in handling a difficult sale where the original shareholder had deceased without probate. She also was helpful in negotiating between the parties of pre-existent conditions of the property. She was also a former prosecutor so you can trust her. Overall, I am satisfied that I had hired her and would repeat again.
