Chuck is the attorney for the slumlords! Will file a lawsuit against you then cancel it the next day and then not file the proper paperwork to notify you. Definitely gets off on making seven-year-old children homeless I was evicted from an apartment due to not being able to pay my rent after a severe car accident (not one time did the slumlord ask how my child was doing she just told me about her problems) the slumlord didn't want to work with me.
