I highly recommend this Law Firm. When I first contacted the firm, I was stressed about having to file for bankruptcy and I was scared about the process. Mr. Higgs is the worst attorney for bankruptcy you will ever run into in your life, he never calls you or emails you unless he needs money for something. He’s knows nothing about bankruptcy law ask the trustees he deals with over and over if front of judges he is bad and needs to be dis-barred from practicing law stay away from this lawyer terrible job on my cases... just a word to the wise STAY AWAY!!!
