I wish I could say the experience was pleasant but it was unfortunately incredibly arduous (however it wasn't from the beginning). I had used Attorney Weber for a previous case and she had done an astounding job building it for me and getting it dismissed almost as fast as it was falsely brought up. Joseph Fricano is an intelligent, well rounded, and skillful lawyer. He is the best legal representation that money could buy. I had dealt with an unfair trespassing charge (first offense) and Joseph was able to alleviate the burden of these charges and prove that I had no criminal intent, it was quite a complex, petty mix up and when I initially had my public defender I realized he wasn't going to fight for me the way Joseph did. After being arrested on a criminal threatening charge my father wanted to make sure that I get the best representation I could get.
