Absolutely awful. Life is challenging enough without intentionally drinking poison. And the family court stakes are too high to play around with an attorney who is more interested in bullying her clients than protecting them from being treated unjustly.
Where to start? Lies in the courtroom [audio and court transcripts proving proving the lies] Ungrateful. Still calls people P.O.S. even after having new business sent to her. AUDIO AND court transcripts DON'T LIE. Stay away from this POOR excuse of a lawyer and her GIMPY friend
Attorney Gersten is a wonderful lawyer who protects her clients to the utmost degree. She's fair and faithful to her clients. She stands up for what is right. Being a lawyer is her passion.
Absolutely terrible. Unprofessional doesn't pay attention to any of the details. Do yourself a favor, and find a lawyer that is not way past their prime.
