I consulted this attorney for mandamus of my H1B case back to earlier 2026. Unfortunately, she told me that she does not do H1B case. However, their firm charged me 150 dollars already before I met the attorney. I asked the front desk for refund later but was told that mandamus is one of their practices but they never mentioned that they do not do H1 cases, so the attorney cannot give reliable information regarding how to proceed my case but just told me to wait for immigration institution to process.
