Absolutely awful. She was rude, unresponsive, did not manage my case at all (I had to do my own research and tell her, "Hey, don't you need this information at this point?"), did not fight for me, botched my case such that I was stuck with $46,000 in restitution that I didn't owe (which required me to hire an appellate attorney for another $7500), and was generally difficult and hard to work with at a time when I was extremely vulnerable and terrified.
