When IDOT filed a condemnation case on my property. I called Bryan and he talked me through the entire process. He and his team filed all the necessary paperwork with the courts. They kept me up-to-date with emails and phone calls as the process played out through the McHenry county court system. In the end I received much more compensation than IDOT originally offered. I highly recommend Bryan and his team to handle any condemnation case with IDOT they are true professionals at what they do.
